FAQs

How long will it take to ship my items?

Items are shipped twice a month in order to allow me to ship efficiently and spend more time painting. Please let me know if you need a painting shipped right away and I would be happy to oblige.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Any customs fees or other fees charged by your government are your responsibility so please look into that prior to purchasing.

Shipping prices are estimated to the best of my ability but if they fall significantly short of actual shipping cost incurred I will send you an email with the final cost. If you accept I will send an invoice for the remaining balance otherwise I will refund your full payment and cancel the order.

I am happy to do a shipping estimate based on your location prior to purchase, just send me an email with your address as well as the artwork you are interested in purchasing and I will send you a quote.

Do you offer refunds on original paintings?

Yes! I know it is difficult to make a big purchase like an original artwork sight unseen so I allow returns withing 7 days of receiving your painting. Refunds will be for the original price of the painting plus tax (if applicable) but minus shipping and a 3-6% fee (due to the un-refundable purchase fee charged by SquareSpace).

Refunds will be given as soon as the painting is received back in it’s original condition.

How do I care for my new painting?

Your painting is protected from dust and grime with Gamvar varnish and can be dusted with a clean soft cloth or brush. If a deep cleaning is needed please take it to a professional who can remove and reapply the varnish without damage to the painting.

Do you sell prints?

Yes! I use a company called INPRNT which is an artist run company which ships Internationally. They use a museum-quality, 100% cotton rag acid-free paper that features a smooth natural white finish and 300 gsm paper weight. Both paper and ink are archival-rated so you can expect your prints to last a lifetime. You can also buy your print matted and framed which is extremely convenient!

Do you take commissions?

I don’t take commissions at this time although I am always accepting any fun vintage photos you think I might love to paint from. Just send me an email!
